Alisa C. Norris, Presiding Independent Director of Standard Motor Products, Inc., was named one of Directors & Boards Magazine’s Class of 2023 “Directors to Watch: Gender Diversity 2023” as published in its Annual Report.
Specializing in marketing, strategy, and human resources, Ms. Norris is a seasoned Fortune 250 executive, board director, and board advisor. Establishing herself as a formidable C-suite executive, Ms. Norris has a proven track record of spearheading a plethora of initial business strategy and operations transformations, advancing firms that scaled up and pivoted to digital-first models.
Ms. Norris is also Lead Independent Director at Vita-Mix Corporation, a Board Director at CP Direct, and a Board Advisor to Greentown Labs, effecting versatile governance across various industries and an alumna of Trinity College where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Ms. Norris also earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
