SMP Receives Extra Miler Award from AutoZone

AutoZone held its annual Vendor Partner Summit on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, marking AutoZone’s first in-person supplier meeting since June 2019. During the Vendor Awards banquet, a total of 16 awards were presented to the suppliers, with Standard Motor Products receiving the 2022 Extra Miler award for Excellence in Supply Chain.
In presenting the award, Cody Hicks, AutoZone’s Merchandise Director of Tune Up and Fuel Customer Satisfaction, said, “We recognize the continuing success this next vendor partner has had. We are proud to partner with them as they continue to embrace challenges; they are unfazed by obstacles and they support AutoZone at all levels. Please join me in congratulating Standard Motor Products in receiving this FY22 Excellence in Supply Chain.”
